SIARGAO ISLAND FIRST EVER MUPH CANDIDATE | Michelle Angela Navarro Okol, with roots from Dapa town, is the official candidate of Siargao Islands in this year’s Miss Universe Philippines pageant. She’s a granddaughter of the late Representative Constantino “Baby” Navarro, the 20-year-old Angela not just exudes with beauty and charm but a consistent first honor and dean's lister taking up political science in one of Manila's top universities.

Being Siargao's first-ever representative to the Miss Universe Philippines.

How to vote?
1. Download the Miss Universe Philippines app.

2. Open the MUPH app and go to the voting tab by tapping on the star icon on the lower left part of your screen.

3. Watch the video by tapping the play icon. Vote by pressing the star icon on your favorite delegate's video.

Mechanics:
- Each MUPH App user can cast ONE vote per day for any delegate during the voting period.
- Voting for the Runway Challenge will start on August 9 and will officially close on August 14, 11:59 PM.
- Only the votes from the MUPH App will be counted. Social media likes, reactions, shares, views will have no bearing in the selection of the Top 50.
